The changes in TABC leadership will cause minor hiccups in processing applications for Server Permits and Licenses. All of these documents must contain an official signature so offices are waiting for the new stamp containing the acting Directors signature. This should happen today, Wednesday, March 30 but until it does even those walking into the TABC office to get a permit will not be able to have one issued.
When the current acting Director leaves sometime in April there will be another small delay unless a new Director is appointed in the meantime.
