This course satisfies the TABC Training requirements for obtaining a Responsible Wine Vendor Certification and/or Responsible Beer Vendor Certification and is required for all Retail Package Store clerks.
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Must not have been criminally convicted of any violation of the laws against possession, sale, manufacture, or transportation of alcoholic beverages, wine, beer or malt beverages within the past ten (10) years; and
- Must not have been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude within the past ten (10) years.
TopShelf Certificate of Completion (Valid for one year) You will need to print a copy and provide it to your employer. Proof of training is subject to inspection by the TABC.
